Royal Stacks is the latest burger bar to hit the Melbourne CBD. This is a burger bar with a bit of a twist though – aside from the distinctly monarchical theme, Royal Stacks is using locally sourced products and pasture fed beef that is GMO free with no added hormones or antibiotics.
Dani Zeini is the genius behind this concept, and the burger bar officially launched last week. Zeini is known for helping to bring Grand Trailer Park Taverna, Dandenong Pavilion, Truck Stop Deluxe and Easey’s to Melbourne.
The menu also rolls with the regal theme, with burger names such as “Miss Elizabeth” and “Prince Harry”. I’m not sure if HRH would like having an all Australian pasture fed beef patty with Swiss cheese and truffle mayo burger named after her, but it certainly is delicious! Patrons can also enjoy a variety of drinks and desserts – such as frozen custard created by St Kilda’s 7apples.
The funky interior and atmosphere fit in nicely at the Collins Street location. Royal Stacks has the perfect vibe to kick back in after a hard days work in the CBD.
You can find Royal Stacks at 470 Collins Street, Melbourne.
