With spring only four weeks away, there is no better time to start getting yourself summer body ready. A summer body doesn’t just mean you look good in a bikini. It means you feel excited about slipping into that summer dress and know you are absolutely rocking it (even if you did sticky-tape the credit card back together to buy it).
As we all know, the hardest thing about getting a summer body, is doing the work. Unfortunately genies in a bottle are far and in between, so we need to ensure that we are exercising regularly and eating well.
We all know this is easier said than done, right?
I find that women often find it easier to attend my bootcamps several times a week and put up with that burning sensation in their abs, butt and thighs for 45 minutes, than to actually eat well for the other 96% of the week. I mean, how is a woman living in the food capital of Australia, the most livable city in the world, meant to stop herself from brunching with her gals on a Saturday morning or having date night with the boyfie on a lazy Sunday evening?
Let’s be honest. For Melbourne gals, it’s close to impossible.
This unattainable diet-commitment got me thinking…
Why not show Melbourne women that you don’t have to torture yourself, little lone starve yourself, to get the summer body you deserve? Why not create something where they can have the best of both worlds?
So I decided to crank the creative juices and put together a healthy meal guide especially designed for Melbourne foodies. There’s no denying; this city loves food, so why not honour our love, but with real guidance and support.
The ‘Summer Bodies for Melbourne Foodies’ guide, does not only contain balanced and nutritious home-cooked recipes, which will help you achieve your summer body goals, it also lists a variety of local Melbourne cafes and restaurants that you can dine at, without bursting your jean button. Furthermore, it even details what meals to order, to make sure you are enjoying good quality, nutritious foods.
The ‘Summer Bodies for Melbourne Foodies’ guide makes sure that by time Spring comes around, you not only look fab but you feel rejuvenated and healthy. You will not be playing catch up on your bikini body.
