I just love the contrast between the Grand Hyatt’s dark and chic vibe with the froth and fun of Cristina Re’s signature feminine touch. It’s a Melbourne Girl’s version of the way a High Tea should be done, in my opinion!
So what can you expect? You and your guests will dine on feathery light scones, mini bagels, dainty ribbon sandwiches and divine cupcakes embroidered with blueberries in your own exclusive space in the Grand Hyatt Library. A selection of T2 loose leaf teas and sparkling rosé is also available to provide the perfect complement to your indulgent high tea experience.
