Cup Carnival has wrapped up for another year in Melbourne, and I’m still on a high from all the amazing festivities over the Spring Racing Carnival week at Flemington! I was lucky enough to spend Melbourne Cup Day, the busiest day in the Spring Racing Calendar inside the James Boag Marquee, which was positioned perfectly within the exclusive Birdcage precinct.
As we exclusively revealed a few weeks back, the innovative James Boag Meteorphonium arrived in Melbourne from it’s first outing atop a mountain in Tasmania’s Ben Lomond National Park and delighted guests inside the James Boag Marquee throughout Melbourne Cup Carnival!
I absolutely loved the Matt Moran designed menu and the Perfect Pair Kitchen!

It was a phenomenal vibe inside the Marquee, and it was so amazing to hear the Meterophonium interpret the buzz of the Spring Racing Carnival in a totally unique way.
